Our goal is ambitious, to help our clients become high performance organizations. Quasars is an engineering and technology company that believes in customer-focused results. Established in 1995, Quasars is a minority/woman owned SDB. From our beginning we have placed our highest emphasis on client satisfaction.

Quasars supports client missions involving systems engineering, information management, program management, custom application development, configuration management, and independent validation and verification for a wide range of federal and private clients. We are organized into three major market fields: transportation, national security, and health sciences. In each market field we have a proven portfolio and history of success remaining aware that we are one company and can pull experts and experience from any field to help another. This strategy of developing markets separately while sharing intellectual capital and quality control processes throughout our organization has allowed us to give our clients the custom solutions they need while maintaining the advantage of a vast experience pool.
