Description:We are seeking a senior Ph.D. electrical engineer with an understanding of explosives detection systems and possess experience in image processing, digital radiography, detection algorithms, x-ray imaging, DICOS, and test and evaluation of imaging detection systems. Experience with DHS, EBSP, CBIS, and EDS programs a plus. Duties include conducting market research, developing white papers, evaluating complete imaging systems, reviewing proposals, hardware, software and test prototypes. Senior Systems Engineer

Position Number: 13976

Description: We are seeking a senior mechanical or electrical engineer with an understanding of metal detection, industrial automation, manufacturing, packaging, and security screening devices to support TSA's Air Cargo Security Technology Program (ACSTP). Experience with DHS, EBSP, CBIS, EDS, ETD, and ACSTP a plus. Duties will include the technical review of detection systems, revision of the explosive certification standards and the development of various detection and procurement specifications. Work product will include development of qualitative and quantitative system/subsystem/equipment criteria tailored to the proposed applications for technical/engineering/contractual documents. Also requirement and specification documentation support, alternatives analyses, concept of operations and design reviews.

Senior Facilities Operation Specialist

Description:We are seeking an experienced senior Facilities Operation Specialist (FOS) to support the TSA Systems Integration Facility (TSIF). The FOS is responsible for coordination of facilities operations and provides support services required to assure the TSIF will perform its day-to-day activities. Best qualified individual will possess an understanding of Transportations Security Equipment (TSE) and shall have experience working with laboratory accreditation, safety, floor plan design and working in ISO certified environments. Specialized knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC and configuration management is desired. Experience with DHS, EBSP, CBIS, EDS, ETD, and cargo programs a plus.
